At Kraywoods, we believe great design should leave a positive mark on the world. Founded in Montreal in 2016, our journey began with a simple mission: To create premium eyewear that combines exceptional craftsmanship with lasting environmental impact.
Each piece is sustainably made and thoughtfully assembled, using natural materials and eco-conscious practices—because looking good and doing good should always go hand in hand.

How We Started
Based in Canada, Kraywoods was founded in 2016 by two partners, Ray and Rashad.
With over 10 years of working in the eyewear field as an optician, Ray has always had the vision to combine her passion for eyewear and fashion to create trendy, durable and sustainable frames that people would be proud to wear without compromising on their style. Rashad's extensive supply chain experience in leading fashion companies, entrepreneurial spirit and passion to innovate fueled the execution of Ray's vision into life.
After a full year of designing, creating and testing, Ray and Rashad perfected every part of the process to bring Kraywoods to life.
Our Impact
Simply making our products from responsibly sourced materials wasn’t enough, we wanted to take action and do more to give back to the world we live in. We made it our mission to aid in global reforestation by partnering with One Tree Planted, a non-profit organization, to plant a tree for every product sold.
Through our partnership, we are proud to help restore biodiversity, aid families in need, change lives for the better and build sustainable communities. With your help, we continue to give
back and make a positive impact one tree at a time.
To this day, we have proudly contributed to planting over 50,000
trees in Kenya. and we aim to reach 100,000 planted trees by 2023.
